About us

MADE Restaurant is owned and managed by two great and expert chefs, Mark Woodruff and Michael Ripatranzone. Both with extraordinary passion to serve great food, they worked together to build MADE Restaurant in 2013.

Chef Mark cooks with both soul and memories of the flavors he grew up with as the son of restaurateurs outside of Dallas. Through his experience in the food industry, he is able to create boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes at MADE. Chef Mark is born to be in the restaurant business and thus, he is able to share an exuberant, approachable cooking style and love for the front of house as well.

Chef Michael, on the other hand, started his venture in the food industry as a bar back and busser in Monroe Twp, New Jersey, his birth place and hometown. It was Chef Michael’s passion to become a restaurant entrepreneur after he graduated from Brookdale Community College. Oh and he aspired to become a comedian and actor too! But the restaurant business had overpowered this dream. And so together with Chef Mark, they built a restaurant that would soon become Sarasota’s favorite dining spot.
