About us

Maedwell Residential, Inc. was founded by Syga Thomas, as a real estate management and marketing company serving Washington, DC. After nearly a decade in the Foreign Service and many overseas assignments, Syga returned to the Metropolitan Area with a unique understanding of the challenges associated with owning and managing rental property while balancing work that requires international travel with a family. Inspired to help others in the same situation, Maedwell Residential was founded.
