Beware of this realty company, it is run by a bunch of flakes!! We moved out of our rental several months ago and they have still failed to refund our deposit. I call frequently and no one answers, NO ONE returns calls!!! I finally got a hold of someone a month ago and they gave me a dozen excuses and swore up and down that the deposit was in the mail.... still no check!!! Starting to look like we are going to have to file suit with small claims court!
