At Efficient Health and Wellness Center, we provide specialized care in wound healing, diabetic foot care, ostomy management, and medical weight loss. Led by a Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWON-AP) with over 20 years of experience, our clinic combines advanced treatments with compassionate support. We treat chronic wounds, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and diabetic ulcers using evidence-based therapies like wound debridement, wound vac therapy, advanced dressings, and shockwave therapy. Our ostomy services include appliance fitting, peristomal skin care, and education to help patients live comfortably.
