About us
Main Street Social offers riffs on classic Italian-Mediterranean fare, fine wines & craft libations. Joshua Ramirez began cooking at a very young age - working his way through the Illinois Institute of Art, and going on to excel in some of the busiest kitchens in Chicago. He was the Executive Sous Chef under Chef John Coletta at Quartino for several years, where he not only found his culinary niche, but was able to develop an expertise in management and operations.
