About us
MMI was founded in 1993 by Vince Carroll. At that time, Vince had spent over 15 years in the commercial roofing industry in and around Philadelphia. After so many years estimating and project managing commercial tear-offs and new roof installations, Vince had an idea that would become the foundation of the MMI business model. That idea, although not a new term to the roofing industry, was Roof Asset Management. In other words, MMI would become a roof maintenance company.
