Born and raised in Knoxville, she brings a wealth of experience with her, having started her insurance career back in 1985. She has been a part of our team since 2006 and her commitment to our customers truly shines through in everything she does.
Karen specializes in guiding customers through the claims process, and her calm and compassionate demeanor is truly valued. Outside of work you can find her practicing yoga, bicycling, rollerblading, paddle boarding, or enjoying the great outdoors!

Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her fiancé or snowboarding in the mountains!
