About us

MANTEC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing manufacturing excellence in South Central Pennsylvania by providing consulting services, training programs, and resources to small and mid-sized manufacturers.
Established in 1988, MANTEC is one of seven private nonprofit Industrial Resource Centers in Pennsylvania, serving nine counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York. The organization aims to engage and empower manufacturers with services that elevate their global competitiveness, positively impacting sustainability, diversity, and quality of life. MANTEC offers a comprehensive range of services, including process improvement, workforce engagement, manufacturing technology integration, and sales and marketing strategies. They also provide professional development through various training courses, such as Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30 Training, and Project Management Fundamentals. Additionally, MANTEC hosts events like the SMART Manufacturing Conference and Manufacturing Matters sessions to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing among industry professionals.
