Maple Heights Health & Rehab is situated in the Allegheny Mountains a region rich in coal. Our sister community Villages of Maple Heights is conveniently located next door on our campus. The team’s 24-hour skilled nursing care service provides: cardiac care, congestive heart failure care, IV therapy, pain management, post-surgical care, pulmonary care, stroke/neurological care and wound care management.
