About us
Mara Ingersoll, MS, RD, LD graduated with her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Stephen F. Austin State University in May 2017. Mara completed her dietetic internship as well as her graduate degree at Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating in December 2018. Mara has been in clinical nutrition since becoming a dietitian in 2018, and has been working with weight management, Type II Diabetes, and malnutrition in her current full-time position. Mara is all about building positive relationships with food rather than saying "don't eat this". Mara has had success in her private practice, M.P. Nutrition LLC with guiding clients to meet their goals, while working with them to strengthen their relationship with food.
