Get body-based healing for your whole self that's fat positive, queer and trans affirming, anti-racist, and anti-oppression with Mara Levy MSOT, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, SEP. Modalities offered include Somatic Experiencing, coaching for pacing and mindfulness, executive function support, and lymphatic drainage massage. Online care is available in Maryland, DC, and Virginia and in person therapy is in downtown Silver Spring, MD.
