Dr. Rubinstein is a board-certified ophthalmologist serving patients in New York and the Bronx. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate and completed his residency at Saint Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, followed by a fellowship in medical retina at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. A member of multiple national and state ophthalmology societies, Dr. Rubinstein treats a wide range of eye conditions and is committed to delivering expert, community-focused care.
