About Shady Grove Fertility When co-founders, Michael J. Levy, M.D., and Arthur W. Sagoskin, M.D., established Shady Grove Fertility more than 30 years ago, they had no idea that the practice would rise to national and international prominence as a Center of Excellence in the field of reproductive medicine, IVF, and infertility.
