Margo’s real estate credentials span more than 20 years, touching almost all elements of real estate transactions. Margo has managed residential property, since 2003 has been a Florida licensed property appraiser, and as a real estate sales associate and broker, has earned the designations of Acquisition Buys and Community Redevelopment Specialist. Ms. Morgan has experience in new construction, extensive home renovations and “green” homes, both new and rehabilitated. She was a leader in acquiring and selling homes in Miami-Dade with the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2.

Margo, also known as the “Money Lady” is well versed in grants and down payment assistance programs for the first time homebuyer. With her clients, Margo navigates the sometimes tangled paths to find and finance a home purchase, negotiating the transaction and ensuring the deal get to the closing.
