At Concord Health, Dr. Akers plays a crucial role in our new pediatric program, designed to provide comprehensive care for children and young adults with autism and other behavioral and developmental disorders.Dr. Akers also serves on the Board of Directors as the Membership Chair of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to advancing the field of pediatric nursing.
