Dr. Mark Herbst, MD is a trusted and experienced Los Angeles psychiatrist who diagnoses and treats individuals with cognitive, emotional, behavioral and addictive problems. Previously, he worked at the facility at UC San Francisco, UCLA and the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine.
