About us

As someone who grew up in a large family from a farming community, the importance of helping your neighbors is a philosophy that was ingrained in me from an early age. This is why I choose to practice medicine, and why I get great satisfaction from serving others. As a podiatric physician, I have a broad scope of medicine. This allows me to help patients from pediatrics to the elderly with conditions such as lower extremity skin pathology, to arthritis and ankle fractures. All three can potentially improve a persons life dramatically, making my job very rewarding.

I treat all patients as if they were members of my own family and how I would want to be treated. This means that I strive to have all patients gain the same understanding I have about their pathology and what treatment options work best for their life style.

As a former collegiate athlete and someone who still enjoys weightlifting and participating in sporting activities, I understand the importance of using modern medicine and conservative therapy to heal injuries before they become a surgical issue. This approach allows patients to have quicker return to activities, whether the goal is to return to the playing field or the work force.
