They remove cancerous growths for biopsy, unwanted skin lesions such as warts, moles, skin tags, cherry angiomas, birthmarks, age spots, solar lentigos, and related skin anomalies. In the treatment of acne they have several approaches, including antibiotics, Accutane, topical medications and regimens, and laser treatments. Our N-Lite Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) laser with PhotoDynamic Therapy (PDT) using the Levulon Stick (aminolevulinic acid) is approved by the FDA in the treatment of cystic acne, which offers a viable alternative to those who prefer not to take oral antibiotics.
