About us
Marta Petersen, MD has specialized expertise in complex medical dermatology. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology and is participating in Maintenance of Certification in Dermatology. Her main clinical focus is diagnosis and treatment of non-healing leg ulcers (non-diabetic), pyoderma gangrenosum, autoimmune skin diseases including blistering disease, and skin eruptions related to underlying diseases. She is a director on the American Board of Dermatology, which certifies dermatologists, and is past-president of the Medical Dermatology Society.
