Martha Franks Retirement Center

Martha Franks Retirement Community is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) situated on 55 acres near downtown Laurens, SC in the upstate region of South Carolina between Greenville and Columbia. Our living options include cottages, patio homes, apartments, residential and assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory care and short-term rehab. Residents enjoy their independence through meaningful service to others as well as a variety of regularly scheduled community activities.
