Martin Investigation Agency, Inc. was founded in the County of Los Angeles in 1962 by Mr. Michael Martin and became a corporation in 1969. After many years of successful sleuthing in Southern California, Mr. Martin hung up his trench coat and retired in late 1995. The Agency remains centrally located in Los Angeles County and the tradition continues.
We provide surveillance services regarding Workers Comp claims to numerous clients including insurance companies, 3rd party administrators, government entities, self-insured businesses, corporations, attorneys and also individuals.
We specialize in surveillance but also conduct other types of investigations to combat fraud. We routinely check database records to verify or obtain additional information about a subject or claimant that may facilitate our assignment or benefit the file of our client or their attorney.
For more than 50 years, the Agency has conducted investigations specializing in Workers Compensation claims to numerous clients including insurance companies, third party administrators, government entities, self-insured businesses, corporations, attorneys and also individuals. All investigations are handled discreetly and confidentially, as required by the California Private Investigator’s Act, and we maintain $1,000,000 Errors and Omissions and General Liability insurance coverage.
