Martenson & Eisele, established in 1977, is a full-service civil engineering and land surveying firm that offers planning, environmental engineering and architectural services. It offers a variety of planning and related services, including land use and industrial and business park redevelopment planning, complying to zoning and development regulations, community needs assessments and computerized mapping services. It offers a range of topographic surveys and provides site layouts for subdivisions, boundaries, condominiums, flood plains, residential and commercial sites and building sites. The firm offers a full range of civil engineering services that include transportation, public works and stormwater projects. In addition, the firm offers land development services for residential, commercial, educational and industrial sites, and parks and recreational facilities; engineering and economic feasibility studies; and construction observation and administrative services.
