I will partner with you to help you achieve joy and fulfillment by going beyond the symptoms that brought you into treatment. I have a niche for caregivers, adolescents, young adults, students, and those who are grieving. I am passionate about listening deeply to your experience.
I understand that there is a strong connection between the power of the mind, body, and spirit and its positive impact on mental health when all aspects are addressed and equally balanced.
