About us
As a researcher, I strive to better understand the causes of addiction in vulnerable and complex populations. Through my research, I develop effective treatment interventions for addiction in these groups that can be shared broadly. I use a translational science approach that includes basic science, patient-oriented treatment and population based-studies. I also work with public mental health administration to advance improvements in care for people with serious mental illness and multiple illnesses.
