About us
Hello. I'm Tanya V, Center Director of Mathnasium of Johnston, your neighborhood math only tutoring center. We help kids in grades K - 12 understand math including Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, by teaching it in ways that makes sense to them. Tanya has an MBA from University of Iowa, MS in Computer Science from University of Northern Iowa. Having been an academic enthusiast all her life, Tanya is passionate and driven about helping every child in the Iowa community to truly understand math, by individualizing the curriculum to every student’s needs, and personalizing Math to every child’s interests. She has taught and tutored children of all ages, and she is committed to bringing the Mathnasium Method to the children in the community, molding their futures to become confident adults while having fun.
