Hi, my name is Charles Parharm. You may remember me as "The Max" from previously being in the mortgage business in the early 2000s. I took a break from the business In 2007 after Katrina hit and housing market crashed. However, prior to that, I had a passion for helping families realize the joy of homeownership.
