Chris and his staff were great and made the short sale process very easy for me. It's stressful enough having to sell your house but the help I got from them was invaluable. I am one of maybe 6 co-workers who used Chris. That's how I found out about him- through a friend at work. He raved about Chris and his staff and had the same experience as me. I also really love how Chris promptly gets back to me whether I email, call or text. I was able to do most of my transactions through email and only had to go to his office once for the initial meeting.

Christopher and his staff are true professionals. I was apprehensive in committing to doing a short sale for several years. Then the time came when my back was against the wall and holding on to our home was no longer an option. I searched and searched until Christopher was highly recommended to me. Being overseas serving in the military made it truly difficult for me to truly believe every positive thing that was said about this person. I made one phone call, explained my situation, and that was it. Christopher asked for a few things and he was on auto pilot. He was genuine, sincere, and I knew that I could trust him, just simply based on my limited contact with him over that one phone call. Everything after that initial contact was transparent. We communicated extremely well via emails and along with his staff, I felt comfortable that I made the right decision by asking him for help. In less than seven months it was all over.

Christopher is a true professional. He is thorough, timely, and honest. He will provide you with genuine care from start to finish and keep you inform about the progress of the sale. I was never concerned about anything during the time that he was our agent. Along with his staff, they provided a true quality service versus quantity. As a team they slowly chiseled away all my worries and provided a service that I am genuinely thankful for.

Coming down from Canada I had no idea what the realty and mortgage market was like here in the USA. Lucky for me I found Chris in the first 4 realtors I contacted online while still up in Canada. Chris found me 70+ homes that matched my criteria to look over on line and when I narrowed it down to 7 or 8, Chris was ready to show me the houses as soon as I got down here to Oceanside. We covered them all in one day. Chris gave us as much time as we needed at each home and pointed out all the positives and negatives of each home. After we found the perfect home (which we actually did find the perfect one for us) Chris' knowledge and contacts were invaluable when it came to renovations and contactors being needed. Not knowing anyone here would have made it a guessing game as to who would be good contractors and who wouldn’t. I am very picky about the work I have done in my homes and all of Chris' contacts were excellent. It could have taken me months to find good people to work on my newly purchased home, but Chris had them all contacted and working the very next day after closing. No extra cost. No ifs, ands, or buts. Just good honest quality work. I will deffinetly send any friends of mine who r looking for a home to Chris and I will most certainly use Chris the next time I buy a home in this area. I don’t think I could have done any better that Chris...I’m sure of it.

Christopher was my broker when I sold my house this year and he was extremely professional, courteous and responsive during the entire stressful event. He has a great team behind him that was able to always answer my questions, deal with issues that came up in a timely fashion and they always had a buyer lined up every time my house fell out of escrow.
