McKean County S P C A in Bradford is a horrible place. I volunteered there and I have volunteered at so many of these types of places. But we just moved up here in july 2013. They treat their volunteers terrible. I know at least 10 people that will not go back there and volunteer. They spend no time with those animals and I hung around enough to know. The place is dirty and they just don't do things correctly there. I'm an intelligent college student. The people that run this SPCA is a bunch of
