The techs are NOT factory trained or certified experts. Appliances are "rigged" to work for a short time. High turnover. The owner, Wesley, doesn't pay his guys on time, doesn't want to pay OT and doesn't reimburse them for job related expenses. He's a compulsive liar. See the complaints against him with the BBB of West FL. One such lie is his wife going through kidney failure. I know guys that quit and were never paid their final paycheck. Nothing but excuses from Wesley why he can't pay them. Sears legal dept is aware of the issues. No wonder they're pulling contracts from him. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS BUSINESS OR USE THEM FOR APPLIANCE REPAIRS. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!
