This woman, PEG LANGEN takes advantage of the renters inexperience and at the end of the lease, charges for damages that were already there and poorly fixed. Then she invoiced you an incredible amount for covering a black screw. Reading another review from an OWNER, I think this is her MO. Her experience helps her to rip off people instead of helping them to have a great experience, and at the end, she will add insult to injury by saying you do not have the proof. This is the worst experience we have had with anyone, so BEWARE and if you see her name, RUN AWAY. If I could, I would have given 0 stars. It is not even worth it!
