They said the offsite leather guy could fix a leather jacket in 2 weeks. The leather guy only delivered on Thursdays and two weeks was New Years Day, so I wasn't so sure. They confirmed 2 weeks. I had to yell to get the leather guy to deliver the jacket prior to Thursday, or it would have been 3 weeks late. She couldn’t help the situation because she couldn't take responsibility for the leather guy's delivery date.

Less than a month after getting the jacket back, the entire bottom seam was ripped back open. I returned to the cleaners and she said that it could be repaired for no cost, but she couldn't tell me when it would actually be returned to me. I asked if I could get a partial refund, cause I didn't trust the work quality, or ability to return it to me quickly. She couldn’t give me any money back cause she didn’t do the work, but she had no problem taking my money when she didn't do the work.

This cleaners lost my entire family's business and respect after 7 years.
