About us
A native of South Carolina, Megan David, MD, attended Furman University and obtained her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She returned to the Upstate to complete her residency in family medicine at Prisma Health.
Dr. David then joined Keystone Family Medicine in Simpsonville as a primary care provider with a special interest in women’s preventive health, LGBTQ+ and gender care, newborn and pediatric care, and adult condition management. She enjoys caring for her patient population in a holistic manner with the goal of “keeping my patients as healthy as I can, for as long as I can, on as few medications as I can.” She strives to create a therapeutic environment with her patients using evidence-based medicine as the cornerstone of her practice.
David has two dogs, two cats, a snake, a horse and a husband who fill her free time. She enjoys reading historical fiction, knitting and spending time with friends.
