Megan Mendoza, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. She specializes in mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and complex cases involving trauma, personality traits, and system involvement. Dr. Mendoza is deeply passionate about domestic violence victim advocacy and works closely with community programs including LIV Health, Wraparound, DFS, schools, and veteran services to provide accessible, coordinated support. Her approach is rooted in cultural humility, harm reduction, and fierce patient advocacy.
