About us
Melanie Araujo-Sampaio is an Adult Nurse Practitioner in the Family Medicine practice of Dr. Manuela Mendes. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts--Dartmouth School of Nursing where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nursing.
Ms. Araujo-Sampaio is a native of southeastern Massachusetts and was a nurse at St. Anne's Hospital before joining Prima CARE as a Nurse Practitioner in 2007. She is a skilled clinician with a specific interest in patient and family education and in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
She is fluent in Portuguese.
