Melanie Norris, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Elite Mindcare in South Louisiana. With a background in both medical and mental health settings, Melanie brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to psychiatric care. She provides care for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, focus issues, burnout, and grief, especially high-performing individuals who feel overwhelmed beneath the surface. Known for her calm, honest, and compassionate approach, Melanie takes time to listen and creates individualized care plans that fit each patient’s needs. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and brings strong clinical knowledge with a personal touch.
