About us
I am a Florida-licensed, psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, PMHNP. I have licensing to prescribe controlled medication. I have 9 years of mental health experience and have experienced my own mental health journey and self-renewal. I seek to help others understand the transformational opportunity that exists during these times.
I earned my undergraduate nursing degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center with magna cum laude distinction in 2011. I went on to graduate summa cum laude from Maryville University’s psychiatric nurse practitioner program. I also have a background in yoga and meditation, having practiced for 20 years. I focus on wellness and wholeness.
