About Us At MEMCO, we are passionate about helping CPG manufacturers optimize their operations by implementing advanced process and packaging automation solutions. Our primary focus is on reducing Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) through the thoughtful design and installation of advanced technologies. We understand that engineering teams within manufacturing organizations often face challenges when trying to develop transformative solutions in isolation. That's why we take a different approach. We collaborate closely with the C-suite, assembling a cross-functional team and utilizing a Kaizen methodology to address the critical challenges currently faced by the CPG manufacturing sector.
