About us

Meredith Carr specializes in Internal Medicine with a focus on complex chronic conditions, mental health, and preventative care. She offers treatment for women’s health, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Lung Disease, Obesity, and Depression. Meredith began her career as a RN in the ER. She completed her post-masters and ANCC board certification in 2018 to begin her career as an FNP. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and frequent trips to the beach.
