About us
Compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. Licensed counselor, and national certified counselor with honors from Northwestern University. Meredith uses a collaborative approach and modalities that include EMDR, somatic therapy, brainspotting, CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and psychodynamic psychology.
Your existing strengths will be emphasized and you will be supported every step of the therapeutic journey. Many individuals have achieved relief from anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, career challenges, trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, ADHD, disordered eating, family and parenting challenges, as well as reproductive (peri/menopausal) mental health with Meredith.
