We began our journey after flipping our first single family house. The buying and selling process was not what we expected. It was slow and filled with a compilation of fees, commissions, and repairs. We couldn't believe how difficult it was for someone to sell their house. Not only that, but the sellers never have a definitive answer on how much they will be walking away with. After fees, commissions, and repairs, most people will pay upwards of 12% to sell their house.
