Metroflex Gym Arlington is the original Metroflex and the foundation of hardcore bodybuilding in America. Built in 1987, Metroflex became famous as the training home of 8-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and 2-time Arnold Classic Champion Branch Warren. Today, we remain a true old-school gym with heavy free weights, powerlifting racks, strongman equipment, elite contest prep, nutrition coaching, and personal training for all levels.
