In a perfect world..... These are the nicest, most honest, trustworthy and informative repairmen you will ever meet. It is almost like having a close friend or family member take care of your dryer. They know what they are talking about. Like another review said.....they are prompt and efficient. Like the rest, they could very easily overcharge and take advantage of your desperation for a working dryer. However, they absolutely do not! We found them randomly, after being taken for a ride by some other people. We were so completely shocked at how wonderful they are. In a perfect world.....all repair persons would be this great!
