Miami Q Catering

I was looking to hire a catering company for a bbq to celebrate the closing of our 60 year old body shop in Miami Beach. After making several phone calls, I spoke with Tony and it just clicked. I was looking for someone who would cook on site, rather than bring pre-cooked food to the party to serve. When he told me that if someone wanted their onions or bun grilled, he'd throw it on the grill, and that he served Nathans hot dogs, and that if I preferred boneless chicken, he'd put some aside and cook it as requested, I was sold. Tony arrived on time, set up, had a great presentation, brought a cooler for me to use for ice, and was a pleasure to work with. In addition to all that, the food was absolutely delicious! My 150 guests were gorging themselves. As good as the hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken were, the grilled corn was also a huge hit!
