Dr. Kwarcinski is a board-certified optometrist at EyeCare Associates in Birmingham, AL. He earned both his undergraduate and Doctor of Optometry degrees from UAB. He completed a residency in Low Vision Rehabilitation and Ocular Disease at the Birmingham VA Health Care System. Dr. Kwarcinski is a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry and enjoys mountain biking and beach trips with his family.
