My insurance career began representing Allstate in 2007, and it has been my first and only professional home in this industry. For nearly two decades, I have dedicated myself to serving customers with a strong focus on customer care and claims advocacy — seeing customers feel fully supported when they need it most. Today, my team and I service more than 13,000 policies across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
