If you want to resolve your IRS issues, call them. If you’re planning to put things off and keep placing your IRS issues off, don’t give them a call. They know their stuff and they helped me to get back on track. I used to be a truck driver during the late 90s and I ended filing all of my tax years in 2000 after I filed Bankruptcy… which was a mistake. The IRS concluded I owed $64,000. Their attorney work determined that given that I'm now retired and on fixed income, I can't pay this. I would never even think to battle the IRS on my own. I attempted to phone them and even that was difficult within itself. I’d talk to a different person each time I contacted and they never cared about my problem or encouraging me to solve it. Thank GOD for this business and their expertise.
