Whether you’re getting ready to sell, inspecting a new house, or want to confirm that your home /office is safe, we’re here to provide peace of mind. The lab was co-founded in 2011 by Dr. Joseph Leija, a board-certified allergist, and Darryl Morris, an Aerobiologist, safety advocate, speaker, and author. Our team of aerobiologists and environmental hygienists has completed more than 15,000 inspections. As a ‘test-only’ mold inspection company, we will never refer you to a remediation.
