We’re a family owned real estate investment business and focus on helping homeowners find creative solutions for their problems whether they’re going through a foreclosure, behind on payments, can’t sell the property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons.

We also find and purchase land and great houses in CT, fix them up, and offer them to people on a Lease Option/Rent-to-Own basis to help more people become home owners when otherwise they couldn’t due to financial or credit challenges.
