I had a problem with the water pressure in home. I called Mike Stern Plumbing Service and they were really responsive. Doug was the plumber that meet up with me at my home at a preset time and he was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He proceeded to let me know exactly what was required, gave me a reasonable estimate and then had it fixed within 3 hrs. He was a total pro and was really easy to work with. Will definitely use again if needed.
