Mike Walling with City Commercial Group offers commercial real estate, office sales and leasing, and investment real estate. City Commercial Group was founded in 1976 to provide real estate investment services such as IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanging. In the year 2000 we added IRA account investment counseling to provide an alternative to the traditional offerings that were available. We are licensed in Oregon and Washington, but have properties and investment offerings available throughout the United States. We provide assistance with IRA account investing in real estate and offer counseling on the real estate exchange process under IRS Tax deferred exchanging code 1031.
